Product Description

The Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) is the central component of the water cooling system, responsible for efficiently distributing the cooling medium to meet the cooling needs of various applications. It ensures the system operates stably by incorporating additional monitoring and support devices. The CDU on the secondary side of the heat exchange unit is primarily used for controlling heat exchange in liquid cooling heat sink systems. This system includes a frequency conversion circulating pump, plate heat exchanger, electric control valve, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, filter, expansion tank, flow meter, and online liquid replenishment function. It is pre-installed and tested at the factory to reduce on-site workloads.

· Secondary side filtration precision: 25~100 (μm) ultra-wide design range.

Our Advantages
    With Shenglin's cutting-edge design, the CDU enhances the efficiency and dependability of the water cooling system. It boasts six channels that link the main pipeline to the secondary water separator of the water-cooled cabinet, eliminating installation and production errors with the use of clamps and rubber hoses.

    Shenglin's CDU features a multi-stage centrifugal pump for circulating industrial water, ensuring a smooth and reliable flow of coolant. An expansion tank is integrated into the CDU to compensate for temperature fluctuations, maintaining consistent pressure levels and ensuring the system's reliable operation.

    To prevent issues like oxidation corrosion, inadequate circulation, and cavitation of the circulation pump, Shenglin's CDU includes an automatic air vent valve on the top of the makeup water tank/main pipeline. This valve promptly eliminates non-condensable gases from the system.

    Furthermore, Shenglin's CDU is equipped with a 150μm filter in its main path to preserve the quality of the coolant, guaranteeing the steady and secure operation of the entire system.
