Product Description

               Advanced horizontal air flow type air cooled condenser

Heat Exchange Finned Coils

All finned coils of remote condensers are produced with copper pipes and aluminium fins with high efficiency pyramidal corrugation.
The frame of finned coils is produced in galvanized steel with thickness suitable to weight of heat exchanger.
All pipes are expanded on aluminium counter-endplates to avoid any contact between copper pipes and steel frame and therefore any possible pipe damage.
Endplate holes corresponding to header nipples are larger to avoid that vibrations and dilatations can damage pipes

External Frame

Condensers are produced with galvanized steel frame, epoxy painted clients required color.
Fan cowls are high type to get max. performances and min. noise.

Fan Motors

All Standard fans are 400V - 3F - 50Hz
On request: fans 60 Hz available for all diameters
Fans have external rotor, protection IP54, very high efficiency.
Motors and fans are statically and dynamically balanced.


Declared Capacities

Declared capacities are calculated and tested in our test lab.

Test

All coils are tested with dry air and are properly degreased.
Standard design pressure is 30 bar. The version with max. design pressure 45 bar is available for all models.
