Product Description

Working principle
On both sides of the series of cross-flow FRP cooling tower used in the wind,on the top of high performance fan,make the air through the tower packing, on both sides of the medium to exchange with hot water,hot and humid air outside released back to the tower.Filler used on both sides there are salient points of wave plate,by installing head make point wave plate bonding into a whole, in order to improve the rigidity,the two sides of the convex point also can avoid the water directly, thus improve the ability of water film formation,packing the tail has a closed water measure.




Design features
1.Save a space, light-duty structures
Using specially designed for this series of cooling tower of efficient heat exchanger material, its heat transfer area increased significantly,compared with the original HBLD series and the original HBLCD series, it covers an area of a sharp drop, due the structural design optimization and adopts steel structures,operating weight also greatly reduced.
2.Good corrosion resistance
Tower body, sink and panel has good corrosion resistance performance of FRP materials, and add a light stabilizer to the gel coating, has a good anti-aging performance, do not change color. Steel tower structure using galvanized processing after processing, improve the corrosion resistance performance of the cooling tower, within normal service life, without additional anti-corrosion.
3.Modular design
Modular design, make the engineering unit selection and use is more flexible and practical, the manufacturer delivery faster, more convenient installation unit assembly, and in the actual use, can according to the power source and open and close automatically increase or decrease the cooling tower body, achieve more to save energy.
